Training That Sticks

Practical, high-impact workshops to turn learning into performance
using the 12 Levers of Transfer Effectiveness®

Why Training Alone Isn’t Enough

Too often, training is engaging… but forgotten. Without the right design and follow-through, learning doesn’t stick and performance doesn’t change.

At 12Levers, we focus on what happens after the training.

Training without transfer is like a car without an engine; it won't get you anywhere. ~ Dr Robert Brinkerhoff
